Porthleven – The Shipyard Market
I currently take my latest work down to the Shipyard Market, twice a month. It’s just ten minutes from my studio in Breage, and is located down by the harbour in the old fishing village of Porthleven, in West Cornwall. Depending on the season I take a mixture of my handwoven throws and comforters, cushions and bags. Also my handmade clothes (not yet here on my website) some small accessories such as scrunchies made from offcuts of the linens, cottons and silks I use in my clothes. And lastly a selection of hand frame-knitted lambswool scarves, jumpers and cardigans made by myself and my husband Robert.
The Shipyard Market is open from 10am to 5pm.
