Payment
My web shop uses PayPal to take payments. This also allows you to securely pay by credit/ debit card using PayPal’s facilities
Shipping
I aim to dispatch items within 5 working days from the date you place your order. Please allow 10 days for delivery – longer if you are outside Europe.
Shipping outside the UK
I will ship items to Canada, Australia and the US,
Shipping costs
SHIPPING IS FREE in the UK. Shipping costs for Canada and Australia are £15, for the US shipping costs £20.
Cancelling an order and returning the item
I want you to be happy with your purchase. Should you decide it is not what you wanted please return it to me within 14 days of receipt of delivery. The item must be returned in a re-saleable condition – undamaged and unused, with its label intact, and using the original (or similarly suitable) packaging.
Please note that you are responsible for the item once you have received it, including whilst it is in transit should you choose to return it. Because items are returned at the customers own risk I recommend using a signed-for delivery service with proof or posting, as I cannot refund an item that has been lost or damaged in transit.
Please notify me if you are returning an item so that I know to expect your package.
Refunds
After inspecting the item that has been returned a full refund will be made via your original purchase method, i.e. to the credit or debit card or PayPal account of the person who made the purchase. This will be done within 14 days from when I receive the returned item.

Bespoke or custom made orders
Only custom orders that are either damaged on arrival or faulty can be returned.
